Meet Our Doctors
Dr. Laho and Dr. Kasimati share a professional relationship spanning over 20 years, beginning as medical students together in Albania and later reconnecting during their residency in New York. Their longstanding friendship and mutual respect led them to co-found 3D Medical Concierge. Drawing on their extensive hospital experience, they envisioned a medical practice that moves beyond the constraints of traditional appointments. At 3D Medical Concierge, they prioritize offering exclusive, personalized care by dedicating more time to each patient, addressing underlying and chronic health issues, and serving as strong advocates when specialist care is needed.
Ivi Kasimati, MD

Dr. Ivi Kasimati is a Board-Certified Internal Medicine physician and the Co-Founder of 3D Medical Concierge. A fourth-generation physician, Dr. Kasimati graduated among the top of his class from The University of Tirana, Mother Theresa Medical School in Albania. He completed his residency at Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center in New York, where he served as Chief Resident. In addition to his clinical work, he teaches medical courses to Harvard Medical students. For over 13 years, Dr. Kasimati has held the position of Assistant Director of the Hospitalist Program and Medical Director of PASU (Pre-Admission Screening Unit) at New England Baptist Hospital.
Dr. Kasimati’s passion for medicine is deeply rooted in his commitment to providing compassionate care. He values building trusting relationships with his patients, guiding them through preventive wellness, and supporting their overall health journey. He also serves as a Vice President for Albanians Fighting Cancer (AFC-USA). He was also awarded patient hero for the year.
Outside of his professional life, Dr. Kasimati cherishes spending time with his wife, children, and loved ones. He also enjoys actively participating in and attending soccer games.
Haki Laho, MD

Co-founder
Dr. Haki Laho is a Board-Certified Internal Medicine physician and Co-Founder of 3D Medical Concierge. He began his medical career as an Anesthesiologist, specializing in critical care and cardiac surgery. With over 11 years of experience as a physician at New England Baptist Hospital, he has since transitioned to internal medicine, bringing a wealth of experience to his practice. He earned his medical degree from The University of Tirana, Mother Theresa Medical School in Albania, followed by a residency at Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center in New York.
Dr. Laho has published an article in the National Library of Medicine extensively about cardiology, urology, and anesthesia. Dr. Laho is deeply committed to a patient-first approach, fostering a practice model where trust and personalized care are paramount. He was also rewarded patient hero for the year 2019.
Dr. Laho is also deeply committed to education. He mentors medical students from both the U.S. and abroad, guiding them through the complexities of internal medicine.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Dr. Laho enjoys spending quality time with his wife, children, and loved ones. He is passionate about poetry, exploring new culinary experiences, sightseeing, and is a passionate soccer enthusiast who enjoys watching the sport.
